Well I'm sitting here at the Dragonfly Coffee House by myself just after my run up at Forest Park. I'm hoping that I don't have too large a build up of crust in the corners of my mouth or a booger smeared acrossed my cheek. But I might. Hopefully this little hole in the wall shop is close enough to the park trails that the patrons don't care or don't notice.
The morning was beautiful but a bit cool (40F). The sun was shining though the trees, debris from the big storm of the previous day littered the way. But it was a glorious jaunt and I had a great time listening to Steve do a hilarious job as Garrison Keillor. No speed records today but it was my longest run since the Portland Marathon over a month ago and it felt good to air it out a bit.
